Terms and Conditions

Sleep Happy and Mattress Club Ltd are both companies registered in England.

Delivery:

Your order will be shipped to you via one of our nationwide courier partners. This is an all day (8am - 6pm) Mon - Fri service so please ensure there is someone home to sign and accept the delivery. Three (3) delivery attempts will be made. Delivery time scales vary depending on which payment schedule you have chosen. Please see below:

Full payment - within 5 working days of cleared payment.
Split-in-4 monthly payments - within 3-5 working days of the 4th monthly payment being collected.
Split-in-8 monthly payments - within 3-5 working days of the 8th monthly payment being collected.
Snap! Finance - within 5 working days of your credit agreement being completed and £15 deposit being collected.

Returns Policy:
Customers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after their order has been delivered. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling in accordance with the distance selling regulations. If it is deemed there is a fault with any product we will exchange like for like.
